Docker image with PyKilosort spike sorter ( https://github.com/MouseLand/pykilosort @ develop branch).
To run the image within SpikeInterface you can do:
import spikeinterface.sorters as ss
sorting_PYKS = ss.run_pykilosort(recording, docker_image="spikeinterface/pykilosort-base:latest")
