For container monitoring containers in the Orion product suite.

CVE-2020-27813⁠ does not impact orion-docker due to the following conditions:

• package gorilla/websocket is only used as a reference for websocket client
• our use case does not involve websocket server
• functionality of websocket client/server is disabled in our case
