⁠Firefox, Chrome & Xvfb

Adds specific versions of Chrome & Firefox to the VisualMetrics dependencies base container for sitespeed.io.

Upgrade version by changing the environment variables FIREFOX_VERSION and CHROME_VERSION inside the Docker file.

We also have xvfb & x11vnc installed.
