This image contains the ACT tools, as well as other open-source tools (magic, irsim, and Xyce). In addition, it includes device models from the open-source Skywater 130nm PDK, and a generic 180nm library that corresponds roughly to the old MOSIS deep submicron technology configuration files for magic.
