⁠Synthetic FIPS proxy

The dynatrace/dynatrace-synthetic-fips-proxy image is a component required for FIPS-enabled auto-scalable synthetic location running in a Kubernetes cluster. It is responsible for re-encrypting browser monitor traffic using FIPS-compliant cryptographic libraries.
