⁠A grpc4bmi server for the Basic Model Interface C example

A Docker image, based on the condaforge/miniforge3⁠ image, that configures a grpc4bmi⁠ server to run a containerized version of the Basic Model Interface⁠ (BMI) C example⁠ through Python. The code used for building this image, as well as examples of its use, can be found at https://github.com/csdms/bmi-example-c-grpc4bmi⁠. Note that this image is built from the "conda-base" image in that repository.
