⁠Basic Model Interface language mappings

A Docker image, based on the condaforge/miniforge3⁠ image, for the C, C++, Fortran, and Python mappings of the Basic Model Interface⁠ (BMI). This image can be used as a base for building models that expose a BMI in these languages, or for inter-language model coupling. The code used for building this image, as well as examples of its use, can be found at https://github.com/csdms/bmi-docker⁠.
